200-HOUR TRAINING

Our 200-Hour Teacher Training is the foundational training for every single student to jump into abundant life. The Find Your Element Yoga training is a combination of physical yoga, meditation, and personal development. You will be engaged from day one in experiential learning with live interactive group sessions, self-directed study, practice teaching, partner work, and group discussions. This training is for anyone looking to create extraordinary next-level results in the classroom.

With your full participation, you will learn what it takes to be an effective yoga instructor and develop new skills in leading yourself and others with belonging, deep relationship, and joy. 

  • Learn new skills and key building blocks to effectively instruct a power yoga class.
  • Work independently and in groups with real-time coaching and feedback. 
  • You will have an embodied experience of the principles and practices of yoga.
  • Learn what it takes to be an effective yoga instructor and develop new skills in leading yourself and others.
  • Empower your practice and teaching with a foundational understanding of philosophy and anatomical principles. 
  • Learn what it takes to be a catalyst for others’ growth and development in the classroom and out into the world.
  • Expand what’s possible for yourself with meditation and journaling practices.
  • Leave this training with the opportunity to lead students and groups as a 200 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

IS there a max capacity for the training?

Yes, these workshops will have a max capacity and space is limited to 10 people. We are accepting the number of participants we believe will create the highest quality and deliver the promise of the workshops.

IS there a payment plan option?

Yes, we can work with you in setting up a payment plan by request and on a case-by-case basis.

WILL I have to attend every session and weekend?

Full attendance is highly recommended, we will make exceptions on a case-by-case basis (and in most cases). Participants will be given make-up assignments when absent, as well as, additional group work.

WHAT is the style of yoga at the heart of the training?

The tools and principles you will learn in this training apply to any style of yoga including and not limited to Power Yoga. We use a power yoga template to explore a variety of professional tools and principles and shared language to measure coaching and feedback.
