FIND YOUR ELEMENT YOGA

200-HOUR TRAINING

Rooted in history. Anchored in philosophy. Devoted to inclusion.

A personal revolution in growth and leadership—whether or not you ever teach.

Our 200-hour training is a whole-path immersion in the study, embodiment, and living practice of yoga. This is not simply a program to learn how to teach—it’s a journey into how to live the teachings. We explore yoga as a complete system of awakening: its history, philosophy, cultural roots, and modern relevance.

From the 8 limbs of yoga to the foundations of asana, breath, and meditation, every layer is designed to bring you closer to yourself and to the essence of yoga.

Our approach is rooted in inclusion and authenticity. We welcome all bodies, all identities, and all backgrounds into a learning environment where tradition meets transformation. Whether your path leads you to teach or to deepen your personal practice, this training is a process of growth, connection, and leadership—one that changes how you move through the world.

WHAT MAKES ELEMENT DIFFERENT

  • History & Lineage Literacy: A respectful overview of yoga’s evolution and key texts like the Yoga Sūtra, Bhagavad Gītā, and Haṭha Yoga Pradīpikā that shape modern practice.

  • The 8 Limbs, Lived: Study and embody the full path of yoga—yama, niyama, āsana, prāṇāyāma, pratyāhāra, dhāraṇā, dhyāna, samādhi.

  • Cultural Humility & Inclusion: Learn to hold space with trauma sensitivity, language awareness, and respect for all bodies and identities.

  • Leadership as Practice: Build self-inquiry, meditation, and feedback rituals that cultivate presence and authentic voice.

  • Teaching as Integration: Sequencing, cueing, assisting, and class energetics arise naturally through embodied learning.

  • Community at the Center: Intimate cohorts, compassionate coaching, and accountability that make transformation real and lasting.

HOW YOU’LL LEARN

You’ll engage through experiential weekends, self-directed study, practice teaching, partner and group work, and guided meditation and journaling. Expect real-time feedback, reflection, and applicable skills you can use immediately.

You will:

  • Build an embodied relationship with breath, nervous-system literacy, and meditation.

  • Understand foundational anatomy and biomechanics for safe, adaptable movement.

  • Map ethics (yama/niyama) to modern leadership, communication, and community care.

  • Learn to craft inclusive classes with intelligent sequencing and clear, kind cueing.

  • Develop confidence to facilitate growth—in the studio and beyond.

Outcome: Graduate as a 200-Hour Registered Yoga Teacher and as a grounded, authentic leader in life.
