200-HOUR TRAINING

Our 200-Hour Teacher Training is the foundational training for every single student to jump into abundant life. The Find Your Element Yoga training is a combination of physical yoga, meditation, and personal development. You will be engaged from day one in experiential learning with live interactive group sessions, self-directed study, practice teaching, partner work, and group discussions. This training is for anyone looking to create extraordinary next-level results in the classroom.

With your full participation, you will learn what it takes to be an effective yoga instructor and develop new skills in leading yourself and others with belonging, deep relationship, and joy.

  • You will have an embodied experience of the principles and practices of yoga.

  • Learn what it takes to be a catalyst for others’ growth and development in the classroom and out into the world.
  • Expand what’s possible for yourself with meditation and journaling practices.
  • Leave this training with the opportunity to lead students and groups as a 200 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher.

There will be six ZOOM sessions including an orientation call on October 16, 2024. All ZOOM sessions are approximately 90 minutes  in length. Attendance is mandatory with special circumstance absences permitted on a case-by-case basis.

DAILY SCHEDULE

The training takes place on both Saturday and Sunday with a full schedule of live interactive sessions. The daily schedule will vary based on each day’s training objectives. Daily sessions may include physical yoga practices, workshop-style learning, meditation, discussion, lecture, & independent group work. Full attendance is mandatory with special circumstance absences permitted on a case-by-case basis.

INDEPENDENT & GROUP WORK

Self-directed study and group work is to be completed within the assigned period of time and include reading, writing, practice, meditation, and leading yoga classes. Group work sessions are scheduled within the availability of the entire group. Group work teams will be assigned and will change often throughout the training.

BOOKS & MATERIALS

We have carefully selected several of our favorite books to support and elevate the training. A full list of required and recommended reading will be provided to all enrolled participants prior to the training.

INVESTMENT

Hold your space in our workshops with a non-refundable deposit of $500, required upon registration. The total balance of $3,000 must be paid in full on or before February 28, 2024. Receive a 10% discount on tuition if paid in full by September, 1, 2024. Tuition is non-refundable beyond the program start date.

All workshops are included in the price of our 8-week yoga teacher training course.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

IS there a max capacity for the training?

Yes, these workshops will have a max capacity and space is limited to 10 people. We are accepting the number of participants we believe will create the highest quality and deliver the promise of the workshops.

IS there a payment plan option?

Yes, we can work with you in setting up a payment plan by request and on a case-by-case basis.

WILL I have to attend every session and weekend?

Full attendance is highly recommended, we will make exceptions on a case-by-case basis (and in most cases). Participants will be given make-up assignments when absent, as well as, additional group work.

WHAT is the style of yoga at the heart of the training?

The tools and principles you will learn in this training apply to any style of yoga including and not limited to Power Yoga. We use a power yoga template to explore a variety of professional tools and principles and shared language to measure coaching and feedback.
