Power Vinyasa

Suitable for all levels. Modifications and progressions are offered to help you practice at a pace that feels right for your body and experience.

The room is heated to approximately 85-90 degrees.

Power Vinyasa | Mellow Flow

Mellow Flow offers a slower-paced vinyasa experience that emphasizes mindful movement, breath awareness, and easeful exploration. Moving at a more spacious rhythm than a traditional Power Vinyasa class, you’ll have time to connect with your breath, refine your alignment, and build strength, flexibility, and mobility throughout the body.

This practice is designed to help release tension, improve body awareness, and cultivate a sense of balance between effort and ease. Expect a thoughtfully guided flow that leaves you feeling energized, grounded, and refreshed.

Suitable for all levels, including those newer to yoga as well as experienced practitioners seeking a slower, more intentional practice.

The room is heated to approximately 80-85 degrees.

Foundations

Foundations is a supportive, beginner-friendly class designed to help you build strength, stability, flexibility, and confidence in your practice. With an emphasis on proper alignment, mindful movement, and breath awareness, you’ll learn the essential building blocks of yoga in a welcoming and encouraging environment.

Classes move at a comfortable pace, allowing time to explore postures, understand their purpose, and discover modifications that work for your body. Whether you’re new to yoga or looking to refine your practice, Foundations offers a strong base for growth both on and off the mat.

Suitable for all levels, including beginners. Modifications and options are provided to support every body and every stage of practice.

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a slow, meditative practice that invites you to pause, soften, and reconnect. Poses are held for several minutes, allowing the body to gradually release tension while creating space for stillness, awareness, and deep relaxation.

This practice complements more active forms of movement by encouraging mobility, mindfulness, and a greater sense of balance. With an emphasis on presence and breath, Yin offers an opportunity to slow down, turn inward, and cultivate a deeper connection with yourself.

Suitable for all levels, including beginners. Modifications and props are offered to help you create a practice that feels supportive and accessible for your body.

Restorative

Restorative yoga is a deeply relaxing practice where bolsters, blankets, and blocks are used to support your body in restful positions. The aim of this practice is to bring restoration to the health and wellbeing of your body, mind and nervous system. In a restorative yoga class, the completely supported poses are held for longer periods of time anywhere from 5-30 minutes. During this time, your body, mind and nervous system have the opportunity to relax comfortably, slow down and move towards a state of peace.
This is a beginner friendly class. We encourage all levels to participate.

Meditation

Meditation is a practice of focused attention and awareness in efforts to quiet the fluctuations of your mind and create a deeper connection with yourself. Our instructors offer greater understanding and guidance of this practice.
